[tg_small_content]Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. All collection fees attorney’s fees, court costs, or any expense involved in the collection of rental charges will be the client’s responsibility. Be sure all equipment is returned according to these terms and conditions.

The client is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of failure to meet these conditions. The client agrees to hold harmless Celebration Rentals of any liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of use of Celebration Rentals equipment.
